Hariharan R currently working as an Associate Professor in International Institute of Business Studies (IIBS), Bangalore Airport Campus, Bangalore. He has 10 years of teaching and 13 years of research experience. He holds Ph.D. degree in Finance (Banking Technology) from Department of Banking Technology, Pondicherry Central University, Puducherry. He has 47 published almost research papers include in ABDC ( A and C Category Journals), Scopus (Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4), Web of Science, Thomas Returners, UGC care list and peer viewed Journals. He has authored & Co-authored 8 books and 11 chapters in edited volume books in International and National publishers. He also holds 4 copy rights from Indian Copyright office, India, one Patent published in India Patent office and one patent Published in UK. He has done his certification from Microsoft on Certified Business Management Specialist, module (Finance & Warehouse) and NSE on Financial Markets in AMFI (Mutual Fund Advisor) module of NCFM. He has completed one Ph.D. Research Scholar in area of Human Resource and four Research Scholar submitted the thesis awaiting for Viva in the area of Banking, Entrepreneur and Human Resource. He has been resource person and delivered guest lecturer for MBA Schools and Universities on topic of Data Analysis using Excel and other statistical software. Received the certificate awarded in recognition of exceptional dedication to fostering knowledge, nurturing minds, and promoting academic excellence (ICIRD 24) by Shinawatra University, Thailand. Served as Guest Editor for a special issue titled "Navigating Cross-Functional Collaboration" in Journal of Infrastructure, Policy and Development (Scopus Indexed Journal). His area of interest is Finance, Banking, enterprise resource planning, Analytics, Information Technology and Statistical Packages.
