Akriti Gupta is currently working as an assistant professor at International Institute of Business Studies and pursuing Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Allahabad. She completed her graduation (btech) with gold medal from MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, U.P and master's (MBA) with silver medal from Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Allahabad, U.P. Her research work is dedicated in automating human resource processes with the help of artificial intelligence to which she has two copyrights registered. Her research areas include Organizational Behavior, Work Culture, Sustainable Human Resource Management practices, Strategic Human Resource Management practices, Job Satisfaction, the VUCA model and HR analytics with vast knowledge of different softwares (IBM SPSS, AMOS, MS Excel) and languages (C, C++, Java, Python, R)
