Her academic qualifications are MBA (Human Resource & Marketing Management), UGC NET & perusing Ph.D And technical qualification is PGDCA.

She started career as Event Manager at HCL but her passion for teaching brought her to academics. She has almost 11 years of experience in teaching Industrial Relations, Labour Laws & HR. She has worked in different institutes in Madhya Pradesh & Maharashtra with various universities like RDVV, DAVV, Mahakal University, Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University as full-time, visiting & guest faculties. She is a life time member of Madhya Pradesh Economic Association. She has published papers in HR & marketing. She has also participated in national & international conferences. Apart from this she is associated with children's welfare programs for children suffering from heart diseases.
