She is currently an Assistant Professor at IIBS. She is a dedicated and goal-driven professional educator with commitment to academic growth and student development. She joined the Department of Management with 6 years of experience teaching Commerce subjects at both the postgraduate and undergraduate levels. She is pursuing her PhD from the Davangere University in Marketing. Her areas of expertise include Cost and Management Accounting as well but her research interests lie primarily in Marketing. She has participated and presented research papers in various national conferences and journals. She has also attended several workshops and Faculty Development Programmes. She is outcome-oriented and she positively motivates her students to come up with innovative ideas for their individual and collective enrichment.
