She is presently working as Associate Professor in International Institute of Business Studies. She has LL. B, MBA, M. Phil, and Ph.D. in Management from Osmania University. She has an experience of Nineteen years in Teaching at PG level, and Six and half years of industrial experience. She is an author of Stress Management In Select IT Companies, which is a reference book for IT Professionals. She has presented more than 32 Research papers at National and International levels. She has 30 publications at National and International Conferences & Journals. She has published a research paper in Academic Reference Series – IIM Kozhikode. She has interviewed by Namaste Telangana – Zindagi Team - Daily News Paper during the Award of PhD degree as the topic has social relevance. She has been felicitated with A.L.S. Prasada Rao Memorial Award for distinguished services towards Research and total commitment to the cause of society.
