Flat ₹2 Lakh Merit Scholarship for PGDM NextGen December 2026–28 Batch
A strong academic record takes years of consistent effort. For students preparing to move from graduation into management education, a scholarship can help their effort count toward their next step. IIBS Bangalore is offering a flat ₹2 lakh merit scholarship to eligible applicants joining its PGDM NextGen Flagship Program for the December 2026–28 batch.
The scholarship is available to students who have secured 60% and above throughout Class 10, Class 12 and graduation, and qualify in a management entrance examination. It supports students seeking a full-time management program that combines business knowledge, technology training and practical experience.
A Recognized Program with a Practical Focus
The two-year, full-time PGDM program at the International Institute of Business Studies (IIBS), Bangalore, is AICTE-approved, NBA-accredited, and recognized by AIU as equivalent to an MBA. These credentials provide the academic foundation for a program built around the demands of contemporary business.
PGDM NextGen brings management concepts into practice through assignments that require students to analyze information, make decisions, and explain their approach. It aims to help them develop the judgment and confidence needed to take on professional responsibilities.
10 Specializations Connecting Business and Technology
Students can choose from ten specializations aligned with different career interests. The program combines core management subjects with relevant tools, platforms, and certifications:

These options let students pursue a management discipline while becoming familiar with the technology used in that function.
Learning Through Practice and Global Exposure
With 70% practical learning, the PGDM NextGen curriculum includes live projects, internships, case studies, business simulations, industry visits and startup collaborations. Students have opportunities to work through business problems, present their findings, and improve their approach based on feedback.
A 15-day global immersion program, with foreign university certifications, adds an international dimension to the learning experience. Exposure to different business environments helps students examine how management practices vary across markets and cultures.
The program also offers one-to-one mentoring from CEOs, CTOs, and HR heads. These interactions give students space to discuss career choices, understand workplace expectations, and receive guidance from professionals responsible for business, technology, and people decisions.
Placement Outcomes and an Assured ₹12–25 LPA Band
PGDM NextGen offers an assured placement band of ₹12–25 LPA, placing career preparation alongside academic learning. Interview practice, communication training, technical preparation, and mentoring help students prepare for recruitment opportunities.
The PGDM batch of 2024–26 recorded a highest placement package of ₹62 LPA and an average package of ₹11.2 LPA. These outcomes reflect the opportunities secured by that graduating batch and provide context for students considering their management education.
₹1.2 Lakh Monthly Internship Stipend at Eightfold AI
A proud achievement for the PGDM batch of 2025–27 is the selection of Deepak Nepram, a Business Analytics student, as a Product Management Intern at Eightfold AI, with a monthly stipend of ₹1.2 lakh.
His achievement highlights the opportunities for management students to pursue roles that combine business understanding, analytical thinking, and technology. Internship opportunities with monthly stipends of ₹25,000 also give students valuable workplace exposure while they continue their studies.
These internships let students contribute to professional teams, understand expectations, and return to the classroom with a clearer sense of how their learning applies at work.
