An academician keen on transforming aspiring younger minds to the realistic corporate professionals, with almost three decades of corporate experience coupled with continued professional connectivity with corporate world. Former banker & Trainer for top & middle level banking executives in different gamut of banking like Forex, IT, Credit & HR. Presently member of the board of a bank as a Director (Banking Expert) apart from being member of major committees. He is associated with Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF), Indian Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) & other professional bodies. Seminars / workshops on banking areas at different parts of India remain as testimony for his interest in developing individuals.

Competitive sprit has become the hallmark of the dynamic corporate environment wherein companies need to make progress. This situation makes young professionals life challenging to cope up with the knowledge, skill & attitude required to manage entire affairs of the company towards its progress. This pressure of development percolates fast down the hierarchy. Any extent of professionalism falls short, when it comes to corporate reality.
