I've started my career as a Guest Relations Executive with Hotel Le Meridian, a 5 star deluxe resort Hotel, Cochin and moved up to become a process trainer with Travel guru and Make my trip, Bangalore handling responsibilities of training the telesales, retail and channel sales team in sales and customer service. My last assignment before IIBS was with MetLife India as an Assistant Manager where in I was exclusively responsible for Hotel Contracting on a Pan India Basis. He has got wide Corporate exposure in the field of Banking & Finance for over 30 years. He has worked all over the country in various responsible positions with different banks including as Chief Manager of Sangli Bank at its main branch at Bangalore. He has been in the academic profession for more than fifteen years and has worked in various prestigious B Schools' at Bangalore. He is having wide exposure in various fields of Finance, Accounting, Business and Company Law. He has widely travelled in India & Overseas.

Dr.Nandeesh is a multi-faceted Techno-management Professional with over 20 years of experience in Teaching,Training, Research and Consultancy at University, Industry & Bankers Training Institute. Before joining IIBS, he has worked as Deputy Director at IBMR International Business School, Bangalore for over 3 years. Earlier, he has worked as Senior Faculty (Trainer) for 10 years with National Institute for Rural Banking (NIRB), Bangalore which is one of the premier Training institute for Bank Executives and trained 12,000+ Bank ecutives and also for 8+ years with University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad as Researcher & with Tropica Seeds Pvt.Ltd., Bangalore as Manager-R&D.
