Further, it is a good fortune to study and practice Management, which is an important function that gives appropriate knowledge and skills to enable us to avoid sorrow and suffering and achieve material prosperity and mental happiness, for which we should observe ethical and moral values, serve society selflessly without expecting reward or recognition, give more to and taking less from others, help all and hurt none, act as an instrument of God with dedication and commitment to purposeful and noble goals, abjure all evil thoughts and actions in transactions and relationships, create and enjoy heaven on earth. Management is more a Mission with ideals rather than a mere profession for making money and enjoying power and privileges.
