Admission Procedure - Eligibility:
The minimum eligibility for admission to the Master of Business Administration (MBA) and autonomous Post-graduate Programme in Business Management (PGPBM), is a three years Bachelor's Degree. Candidates appearing for the final year Bachelor's Degree examinations can also apply provided they complete all Degree requirements by 15th September 2012 for the July 2012 batch admission.
Selection procedure: Candidates who wish to apply for Master of Business Administration (MBA) and autonomous Post-graduate Programme in Business Management (PGPBM) in IIBS is required to take any one of the following tests.
IIBSAT Scheduled on Dec 31, 2011, CAT 2011, XLRI Admission Test (XAT) 2012, Management Aptitude Test (MAT) or ATMA 2011.
Procedure for applying to IIBS: Candidates who wish to obtain the IIBS prospectus by courier / Post should make a Demand Draft of Rs.450/- in favour of International Institute of Business Studies payable at Bangalore and send it to Bangalore National Head Office address. The IIBS prospectus can also be obtained by paying Rs.400/- at the institute counter or from the local representatives or selected Axis Bank branches, or selected IMS & CL coaching centers. Candidates can also apply online by visiting the institute website: www.iibsonline.com. The list of local representatives along with their contact details are given in the same website.
Online registration:
The applicant can log on to the website: www.iibsonline.com and apply online. The applicant has to fill in his / her personal information, give the payment particulars of demand draft number, date and submit the form online. The applicant will proceed to take the printout of IIBS application form, fill in all the necessary details, paste his / her recent photograph and sign across the photograph. The applicant has to enclose the Demand Draft of Rs.450/- in favor of International Institute of Business Studies payable at Bangalore and send it to National Head Office, Bangalore along with the application form by courier / registered post / speed post. Cheques will not be accepted. Once we receive the DD then we will arrange to send the prospectus by courier or post. The application form and prospectus will be only in the name of the applicant who wishes to apply. The form is non-transferable.
Important Dates :
- Last date for online application for IIBSAT 10 Dec,2011
- Filled application should reach our National Head Office on before 15 Dec,2011
- IIBSAT on 31 Dec, 2010
- GD & PI start from 10th January 2012 at 34 centers in allover India (Summer 2012 batch)
Important Note : Student who has appeared for MAT September 2011, can directly apply for the Winter Batch in Bangalore, Noida & Kolkata campus
Note: IIBS will not be responsible for delay in receipt of letter sent by Courier / Post
Group Discussion:
Group discussion and personal interviews will be conducted in Bangalore, Kolkata, Delhi, Allahabad, Patna, Ranchi, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Guwahati, Bhubaneswar, Bhopal, Indore, Srinagar, Kanpur, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Agra, Hissar, Chandigarh, Dhanbad, Jodpur, Bikaner, Pune, Panji, Raipur, Bhilai, Cheenai, Cochin, Ahmedabad & Agartala from January, 10th onwards.
Fees Structure for the different courses:
- MBA under University of Mysore + PGPBM : Rs. 3,50,000 tuition fees for two years
- MBA under Gulbarga University + PGPBM : Rs. 3,00,000 tuition fees for two years
- MBA under Punjab Technical University + PGPBM : Rs. 2,50,000 tuition fees for two years
- MBA under Bharathiar University + PGPBM : Rs. 3,50,000 tuition fees for two years
- MBA under University of Northern Virginia + PGPBM: Rs. 5,00,000 tuition fees for two years
The above mentioned fees are only the tuition fees and do not include other fees and hostel fee. Fees are to be paid in three installments by Demand Draft in favour of International Institute of Business Studies payable at Bangalore only. Under any circumstances cheques will not be accepted.
Other expenses and Fees:
- Hostel fees (Bangalore Campus): Rs. 4,200 per month. The first year complete hostel fees have to be paid at the time of admission.
- PG fees (Kolkata Campus): Rs. 4,000 per month. The first year complete hostel fees have to be paid at the time of admission.
- Hostel fees (Noida Campus): Rs. 4,000 per month. The first year complete hostel fees have to be paid at the time of admission.
- Hostel Caution money Deposit: Rs.10,000/- at the time of admission (Refundable)
- Placement fees: Rs. 12,000/- per year to be paid with second and third installment.
- Alumni life membership fees: Rs.10,000/- at the time of admission (One time payment)
- Library fees: Rs.5,000/- at the time of admission (One time payment)
- Uniform fees: Rs.6,000/- at the time of admission (One time payment)
- All government taxes, such as service tax as applicable, from time to time are to be paid by student.
- IIBS Management reserves the rights to make appropriate changes.
All legal disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only. Any complaints, grievance and the cancellation of admission by the parents of students should be brought to the notice of the Chairman or Director.
Fees once paid are not refundable or transferable under any circumstances.
